How intentional LinkedIn content more than doubled impressions, reactions & followers in 6 months
Client: Energy sector company
This client wanted more consistency and more visibility on LinkedIn. I met with their marketing team to learn more about current priorities and challenges.
From there, we put together a LinkedIn strategy and set it in motion.
We compared the six months before putting a content strategy in place (December 2023 - May 2024) with the six months after (June – November 2024).
What changed
Posts went from 49 → 80, a 63% increase
Post impressions (how many times content showed up in feeds) more than doubled: 157,190 → 324,914, a 107% increase
Reactions jumped from 3,087 → 8,055, a 112% increase
Clicks on posts nearly tripled: 9,924 → 27,487, a 177% increase
Shares doubled: 330 → 652, a 98% increase
New followers grew sharply: 144 → 1,959, a 1300% increase
Page clicks increased from 10,707 → 27,496, a 157% increase
Page comments rose: 75 → 228, a 204% increase
Page impressions doubled: 164,055 → 329,412, a 101% increase
Page reactions more than doubled: 3,939 → 9,143, a 132% increase
Why it matters
The numbers tell a clear story: consistent, purposeful content brought more eyes, more clicks and more conversations. The real win was the shift behind the bigger numbers:
